Fantuzzi Reggiane Australasia Pty Ltd was established in February1998 to provide ongoing technical support to all our existing and future owners of Fantuzzi machines with in Australasia.

Over the last seven years the number of Fantuzzi units in Australasia has increased six fold to now exceed 200 Fantuzzi & Noell units in this region.

Fantuzzi Reggiane Australasia Pty Ltd has achieved this result by developing the attitude that we are a local company who are providing local support to our client base.

Whilst our client's recognise the quality of the European design and manufacture of our equipment, the uptime expectations and results have been achieved through a dealer branch network that has a substantial commitment to the local stocking of spare parts. The dealer stock of spares and qualified service personnel is supplemented by further spare parts stocked by Fantuzzi Reggiane Australasia Pty Ltd at it's headquarters in Sydney, and the employment of qualified engineers on the Fantuzzi payrole.

In July 2009 Terex announced it's acquisition of the port and maritime equipment divisions of Fantuzzi Industries and Noell Port Equipment businesses. The purchase transaction had taken place over the course of the last 11 months with our original announcement to acquire Fantuzzi in August 2008. These well known companies will become a part of Terex Cranes. Terex Corporation is a diversified global manufacturer with 2008 net sales of $9.9 billion.
