Michael joined the FRA in June 2001. Michael’s role is that of Technical Support Manager, with specific line responsibility for the field support of all Noell products in the region. Michael came to FRA from MLA where he completed his trade certificate as a Plant Mechanic. After qualifying, Michael held several admin , sales and product support roles, which included 2 years based at the National Rail Terminal in Chullora where he was dedicated to maintaining the Fantuzzi fleet of 45ton forklifts and reach stackers., Michael has recently taken over the role of Regional Manager Email Michael Click here
Michelle is the most recent member of the FRA team, Michelle is the Accounts & Administration Manager and has recently completed her accountancy study's at university and is very much an integral part of the FRA team. Email Michelle Click here
In January 2003 Paul joined the team as Technical Support Supervisor for ‘Noell Straddle’ and is based in Melbourne. Paul’s prime responsibility is to look after the infield support of straddles sold and installed with Ports of Auckland NZ, P&O Ports Melbourne, and CSX World Terminals in South Australia. Not only is Paul a qualified plant mechanic, but has completed the Siemens S7 training course and has been trained at our factory in Würzburg Germany. Email Paul Click here
Last but certainly not least we have acquired the services of Jake in May of 2004 as Customer Support Supervisor. Jake is based in Queensland, where we have a large fleet of 45ton capacity forklifts and reach stackers working. Jake joined the industry as an apprentice in 1972 in Sydney and has some 30 years experience maintaining large forklift trucks. During the past 4 years Jake has spent a considerable amount of his time based at the BMT Multi modal terminal on Fisherman’s Island where he has been maintaining a fleet of Fantuzzi 45ton forklifts and a 60ton Fantuzzi reach stacker. Jake will now be based across Fisherman’s Drive at P&O Ports, where his first role will be to install and support a further 5 new Fantuzzi CS45KL Reach Stackers being installed at P&O bringing their total Fantuzzi fleet to some 13 units currently in service.
